Alfie news update from official site

| |

The official Alfie website has been updated with the following news:

UPDATE..... 25th Nov, 2004

The countdown begins… Sooooooooooooooooooooo just HOW busy have our intrepid hero’s been… like DEAD busy… like thirty something idea’s and songs delivered in those devious little boxes that bands put music into nowadays… in the case of Alfie… the Apple Mac variety.

The boy Gorton has a fine new haircut… and Sean has lost at least half a stone as a result of his hair cut and beard removal !

Friday listening session ‘round at Sean’s was a real treat with six brand new songs getting a debut hearing… Eggs – Use Your Other Head – Whales – Cheese – Chords… very distant relation ! – Fish… and we will have to await and see just how many of those titles stay intact… it all sounds very special indeed. Each demo session has just got better.

The band is now due to begin recording the new album in December, ahead of a Christmas and New Year break… all is lovely in Camp Alfie and we expect release a new album in the Spring…

Paul has some interesting new idea’s for Alfie Radio, so await with anticipation…

We’ll be in touch…
